Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Issuance and Use

1.1 Gift vouchers ("Vouchers") are issued by Verdant Goods Co. Ltd. ("Verdant") and can be used as payment towards purchases from Verdant, at verdantgoods.co.

1.2 Vouchers can be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the voucher, on payment of the difference.

2. Purchase and Redemption

2.1 Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the voucher. After the expiry date, vouchers will not be accepted.

2.2 Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.

2.3 Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when a voucher expires.

2.4 Vouchers are not reloadable. Once the initial value is used, the voucher cannot be topped up.

3. Loss or Theft

3.1 Verdant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of vouchers. Please treat vouchers as cash.

3.2 Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

4. Cancellation and Refund

4.1 Vouchers purchased directly from Verdant can be canceled and refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.

4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Transferability

5.1 Vouchers are transferable and can be used by anyone in possession of the voucher; however, they cannot be resold or exchanged for value without express permission from Verdant.

6. Limitations

6.1 This voucher can be used in conjunction with existing store discounts available to all customers. However, it cannot be combined with other offers that require a redemption code.

6.2 Verdant reserves the right to refuse the redemption of vouchers if fraud or misconduct is suspected.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Verdant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
